Yeah, the other guy was coming for a fight. He was in a common law fight at that point. Nothing for the punch.

The stomp to the head after the fact is a felony. That's not just jail-- that's potential prison time.

Not a lawyer, but yeah probably. The stomp violates proportionality, and there is no room for a self defense claim stomping on an unconscious dude.
 
Head stomp to an unconscious person = cowardly
Head stomp to an unconscious person when you know you're on camera = dumb fuck coward who deserves what's coming down the road

Jesus, how many more telltale signs do you need from a potential opponent that he is VERY likely going to throw a strike? And even if you aren't smart enough to see the signs, what possible reason do your reflexes have to operate at -211% efficiency, to the point where you don't even flinch at an incoming haymaker from the hip? Should've stayed home genius, your not cut out for whatever the fuck you thought you were going to be doing there son.

Good on dude for taking out an obvious aggressor, who was looking to fight.

That head stomp on the cement though was uncalled for. That is lethal force.

If, however, the homie had help, I could see the "Deck 'em and Plant 'em" strategy come into play to make sure 'ol buggy whip arms STAYS down, so you can fight off the rest of the Enemy.

Hopefully buggy whip arms is on the road to recovery, and never starts a fight again. I'm sure head stomper won't waffle stomp anyone like that ever again, unless it truly is a life or death fight.
 
They should have discussed their issues politely in teh Mayberry.
