not losing bench while not working out?

i was referencing the person who said my 185 rep was pathetic. i was a bit taken aback bc i didnt think doing 185 10 times was that bad lol. but now i def see why he would say it was pathetic if i could only do it once.

Not sure who said that but they should not have. You should look into 5/3/1. It is a good strength program that is really flexible when it comes to assistance. I think Wendler is even working on a bodybuilder version.

You could be repping 225 for 10 by next year. It of course focuses on the squat, deadlift, and press also, which are great lifts you should be doing if you are not already.
