What would you give your 13 year old to read for non-fiction?
I said non-fiction.
I still have a hard time remembering which is which
Why would you give a 13 year old non-fiction?
I don't know. She's read a few non-fiction books about her sport/hobby. I thought something that would add to her education. She has also read a book on fallacies and a critical thinking text book. Other than this I don't know what to give her.
I got my niece a few Robert Graves books and she's early teens. Literature is important, not just robotic instructionals and texts. I wouldn't limit yourself to non-fiction.
I agree with you. She has a shelf full of fiction, all the classics and modern stuff. She doesn't have any non-fiction other than school books and those I mentioned.
What kinds of things is she interested in?
