A neighbour here also had a dog who'd bark incessantly.. It was his son's but the guy lived in an apartment and it seems the neighbours there had enough, esp. when everyone was at work and so it was here during most of the day.

Now when I say all day I mean all day without exaggeration. ALL DAY barking. Maybe pause for im guessing to drink some water cause his throat mustve been red/sore/verge of bleeding but then return to barking. I couldnt believe it. The granparents would sometimes tell him to stop but it was pointless...
Irresponsible owners whos shouldnt be allowed to own a dog leads to undisciplined effed up dog whos suffering because of them. Unfortunate and annoying.

The apartments were cheap and the walls were paper thin. I knew every single time that my upstairs neighbor got laid.

I got a shock collar but not sure if it helped or not and I moved into a home shortly after that.

Most people are not fit dog owners. Hardly have any time to take care of the pooch, don't stimulate it enough, assume it wants to be lazy like them, feed it junk, keep it in a cramped house or apartment, don't have any idea of their specific breed was used if it was a working dog.
