saw him use it on Sapp and on Zuluzinho and at least once against one of the
Heath H matches.

do you guys like it, he is pulling it off against bigger guys.

I never felt comfortable with this move and never use it.
although I have trained drills on it. I feel like I can get serious hurt
against a big rough guy...

thoughts?

I noticed how he used this too!!! I love how he's so technical..even though he's going up against THE ROUGHEST guys. I think the key is to do it before they can really put their weight on him.

I like it. More often than not I get jammed half way and I grab his far leg and drive to the side thru him.

he also pulled off a gnarly sit out against sergei when he fought him.

this is a really efective way to reverse situation after failed shoot/ double leg. I use it all the time.

Yeah it kicks ass...
I know it as a switch though, I know a sit out as something different, ala one of the first steps in the kimura from gaurd.

personally like I said I don't like it,
after a failed shoot I go
for half guard or give the guy side if he has too much pressure on me,
I dont want my rib to crack, or my neck to get hurt.

We call it a sit-thru. The 'switch' we do when they are behind you.
