Was everyone just expecting Sean to decision him? Or was his performance so forgettable people have just opted out of talking about it? Is he a future contender? These are my questions

They do, but only GSP would be able to discern what they're saying

It's not like he stood out before the fight. I saw him as a decent up and comer with alot to prove. Expected Sean to win yes.

Why would anybody be talking about Imamov? He's a forgettable fighter to say the least, and it's not like he was on a 10 fight win streak and getting cheated out of opportunities. Who did he beat to be talked about before the weekend, let alone after clearly losing to short-notice Strickland?

If he'd won everyone would be talking about him. Hes a prospect and people were interested in seeing if he was the real deal. He failed the test.

People have by and large already come to the conclusion Stricklands not the guy so the amount of hype he can get from such a win is pretty limited.

Picked Strickland. Imavov is alright but I'm.not sure I see a great MW there.

terrible on the mic and terrible performance.

Didn't see the fight but seems like a typical stickland fight

News cycle is/was heavily dominated by Jones/Gane <{1-9}>

It wasn't exactly a performance that inspired a lot of discussion. He needs to improve everywhere if he wants to be relevant at the top of this division.
