im currently 6'2'', 175. ive been weight lifting now for a few months and saw good gains in strength the first month or so and now its slowed down. i have been taking creatine and whey protein ever since i started and i have been researching this no2 black by mri and wondering what you guys think. i am looking to build muscle mass and strength since i am kinda on the skinny side. thanks

You've only been lifting for a few months, so head to the S&P and read the FAQs there.

You'll find excellent lifting routines that will work if you follow them. You should be constantly progressing, not progressing to a point and then stopping. At least not this early.
