no-xplode servings question

I just bought a tub of no-xplode and the directions tell me 2-3 scoops. The only thing is it didn't come with any sort of cup. So I was just wondering, for those of you that use no-xplode, do you just use a spoon? Or maybe just sort of eye it? Thanks

lol, I got a 5lb bucket of whey protein and had to dig through it till I found the cup a while back.
