I need help with a workout I can do in my dorm room before going to class. I am not allowed to keep weights in my room and want to do something using mainly bodyweight. I just want something kind of quick because I usually work out at night but I want something consistent that I can do daily.

rushfit, p90x, jillian michaels, insanity,

Look up the book. "never gymless".

Does your school not have a gym?

Anyway what are your goals? What's your training history, etc...

We do but I want something to do on days that I'm not working out because I have night class or BJJ at night. I am looking for mostly upper body and legs my core is fine.

dips, pull ups, one legged squats (use a dumbell if you can have those)

Put all your books in your backpack and rep the shit out of it. As the semesters go on you'll accumulate more and more books that you can't resell. Also put in bottles filled with water and whatnot.

Charles Bronson has a work-out book, which only requires a chair.

That might be your best bet.

Oh, not the actor, it's some guy in an English prison.

Check it out on Amazon.

lol such a pointless question, theres a BAJILLION things you can do

If I didn't have access to weights, I'd pick a skill from here and learn it.

Beast Skills - Tutorials

I've learned pretty much anything I can do BW related here.

Get a weighted vest and do pushups and thai squats with it.

Beast Skills is awesome. If I wasn't such a fatty, I'd be doing more of those stunts.

You're only twenty lbs more than me. You're stronger than me, so I would just practice them. They don't take away from your recovery from lifting, So it should be fine.

Yeah. Plus it's more productive than spending time on sherdog. :P I'll look through is tutorials again and pick some easy one's out. I remember I used to be able to do the elbow lever pretty easily but that was when I was 180. Last time I tried I landed on my face.

I could probably still elbow lever, I'm, out of practice, though.

Perhaps the muscle up ?

L-seat into handstand, That was my favorite.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. Baby steps. So anyway, Belph. Now that I have this orange belt thing, how do I get my avatar? I went to the user CP but saw nothing about it.
