Silva was on two different steroids and was supposed to easily KO Diaz too. And Bisping would beat Diaz. So I don't think anything is a foregone conclusion. A 41 year old clean Silva may be a very different fighter.

Diaz has excellent standup, so it's not easy to KO him. Silva went 5 rounds to 0 against him though. Why do you think Bisping would beat Diaz? Also congratulations on bringing a fight that didn't happen as a point in favour of Bisping. That's not horrible posting at all.

heh.....in all seriousness though, due to his age and the horrific injury I did wonder if it was possible, however unlikely, that he just panicked and took stuff when he normally didn't. But after hearing those cringe-worthy excuses that he managed to say with a straight face, I just couldn't give him that small benefit of the doubt anymore.

I do think this will be the first time we will see him fight clean, at least in a while. And he is pretty up there in fight years and just real years to still be fighting. If anyone could do it at 41 he'd be one of the guys I'd give a good chance too but I have no idea what type of Silva is showing up.
