After ingesting a supplement such as: NO-Xplode Expand Trac Extreme SuperCharge Super Pump etc. How long does the effects of the product last? Can I take it at say 2pm and not train until 6pm? Or do you need to train inside of a particular time frame. I know the directions, regardless of which product you use, says take the product 30-90 minutes before workout. However, how many of us follow directions to the letter?
