It looks like he can no longer cut down to 155. He stays at 170 and plans to stay at 170. Its not fair to the small guys at 155 to bring them up for one fight at 170. He should pick on a legitimate 170 fighter from now on.

I've always thought of welterweights as tall dudes who aren't that heavy or wide.

Like look at Usman. His shoulders are as narrow as a woman's despite being a 6 foot tall man. That's a good welterweight build. Same as Wonderboy, or Covington.

Then you also get the muscular shorter guys who choose to get real heavy instead of fighting at 135 or 145 or whatever. This is your Woodleys and such.
