no gi brand?

does anyone know where I can find these shorts? this no gi brand has a different logo than the american no gi brand and I assume it is a different company too. anyone know a website where i could find these shorts?

the logo looks like the Nogi Brazil logo:NO GI Fight Wear

but they might be shorts with the Nogi label put on them,I didnt see them on the Brazil site?

That's the nogi brand from Brazil, if I'm not mistaken the American brand is actually called Nogi Industries. And it definitely looks like they are just patches on some plain shorts.
