NJ Atty General; Taxpayers No Right To Vote in Primaries, Are Obligated To Pay For it

    I've never been able to figure out how the other states do primaries to begin with.

    In VA there is 1 primary day and anyone registered for the upcoming election can show up at the poll and vote, but you have to state which primary you wish to vote in. They send the dems to one side and the repubs to the other.
