in the clinch against the cage say you have back control and your opponents hands are down. picture maia position.(not halfguard sweep the other one) now hes not "grounded", but the rule set says so.

my friend suggested to lift up their rear end, and boot them right in the fuckin face. especially with the cage there it can be fuckin nasty and im goin to guess most guys will fall straight on their face.

I don't know about that. If someone is on their back on ground with both their soles and hands off the mat, they're still a 100% downed opponent.
