    Lentz is on his way down, he had a nice run at 145lbs but he cant beat the top 5 guys there and now at 155lbs he will get tooled by almost anyone with a good TDD.

    However, he MIGHT beat Castillo. Castillo has been grapplefucked before. Volkmann absolutely groundraped him back then.

    I think it'll either be a grindfest that could go either way or Castillo will catch him in the first. If he does catch him but doesn't finish him then I think Lentz will win. I give Castillo a slight edge.

    I'm a huge Lentz fan, but I don't like him at 155lbs, and I don't like him against anyone who can match his grappling skills. I wouldn't be surprised to see this fight go either way.
