I'm not sure if you've noticed, but TV and movies are filled with underage children (or young adults portraying underage children) engaging in sexualized behavior. It's been going on for literally decades.

Well, it was basically like Lolita or some other movies. Not made in praise of what it presented, but in the very act of presenting it, arguably engaging in what it sought to criticize. Even if you don't agree with that conclusion, I think that's at least a valid and important concern.
