Creatine is the definition drug

MMA isn't exactly the best thing to maintain/build large amounts of muscle

You can tell that guy is a newb to strength and conditioning. MMA training is a catabolic activity, you can't possibly eat enough or get proper rest for growth, unless you're taking a "supplement".

When I took creatine, I could actually lift heavier fairly quick, which of course made me look bigger. It may have been mental, but it worked. I only took it a week or so before I noticed a pain in my back below the kidneys. Not muscle pain, but it sucked. It went away as soon as I stopped the creatine. I tried it again a week later just to test, and the same pain came back. Never took it again. Nick looks 100% natural. <{cruzshake}>

Which fight was that where GSP had some crazy gyno? (2nd pic)

I tihnk this is from the same fight:

Everyone I know that used or uses creatine, gets stronger to some extent and helps with recovery, but you def get the bloat. I know I did.

To achieve that kind of definition along with that muscle mass and density is pretty much impossible without chemical assistance, unless you're a genetic anomaly.

He's white and he's jacked. Deal with it.
