Wasted everyone's money on Saturday. Most of the time just stood there. Lost every round. Blowing his nose and getting his face punched in, while fighting 20 percent of the time. Then the stupidity to think he won along with thinking Silva was crying for the wrong reason. Cringeworthy stuff.

Just another fighter built his reputation with trash talking and taunting. Losing basically every fight in the ufc since returning and don't think he will beat anyone if he keeps fighting top guys.

He just showed to collect his pay cheque and went home.

nick threw more strikes than anderson, but anderson is more accurate. nick was the more active fighter, but both tended to stay on the outside. and anderson didn't exactly press the action, did he? that's why nick was clowning him.

He was walking forward and won every round

He was supossed to lose and did so.

Ineffectual baby leg kicks, point fighting, trying to sway the judges with theatrics. This guy is a sport killer.

He landed plenty of taunts, and a takedown in the first.

Meh, I found it to be pretty entertaining. It was better than Machida / Hendo, Rashad / Hendo, and Lil Nog / Rashad just off the top of my head. Better than the Leites and Maia fights as well.

Did I hope for more? Yeah. Was it frustrating at times? Yeah. Still, some of their exchanges delivered and it was a sight to see Diaz's defenses hold up so well. I'm kind of bias though because I just flat out like watching Anderson Silva.

Anderson gave him mad props after the fight.

I guess when it comes down to it, when the GOAT says you're one of the toughest guys he's ever fought, that's something to take to bed.

A shertard's tantrum on the other hand...

Anderson was the one who got on his bike & ran the whole fight. Atleast nick walked forward & tried to engage but Silva wanted no part of it. If Silva can't stop a natural 55er, then he won't stop the likes of Rockhold, machida, and Weidman. Silva's best days are done

Should be cut? Sport Killer?

The guy fights at 170 and as low as 155 and took a fight with one of the greatest MMA fighters ever who has fought and embarrased ranked fighters at 205.....and still held his own.

He showed respect both before and after and did what he has always done during the fight. Taunted people and tries to get them to engage.

The sport needs guys like Diaz. I'd much rather have 4-5 of him rather than a GSP who, let's be honest, looks like he may have run from the inevitable AS fight, especially now.

I'm a bjj guy but, when they are on their game, guys like Diaz, Cerrone...guys that want to fight whoever and put on a show are who I want to see...

I'll admit, Diaz seemed to be fighting at 75% effort.

I've always been a fan of the Diaz brothers but the vibe that they're only in it for the money (never getting paid enough of course), that everybody is against them and those schoolyard antics that they let people kick and punch them just to prove a point and to later say "what bitch those babypunches and pussy kicks don't hurt", along with the delusion that they won every fight just by walking forward is starting to bug me. They should either switch camps or change up their game because opponents have figured them out and are prepared for their trash talk. They don't seem into it anymore; just quit, don't let people tee off on you just because of the check.

Agreed.

Reading this trash about Diaz won the fight is just laughable.

I like the guy, but he sold the one thing he claims others sell, wolf tickets.

He DID NOT engage, and fought to not get finished.

So did Anderson.

It was a shitty fight.

Same shit on the UG, many numnskulls who pontificate about fights with emotion, instead of rational thought.

The UFC, Silva, Diaz played the fans, took the money, and ran.

We all bought the wolf tickets, and they cost 60 bucks a pop.

Nick did better than most of Andersons previous opponents. He did come to fight as we can see he handed some powerful leg kicks which I never knew he had that much power to throw. The kid is stronger than I thought.

I felt frustrated at times too, but Anderson was too tentative and didn't want to exchange a lot.If someone needs to be cut, then it should be both.
