Shevchenko beat Holm and went the distance with Nunes twice in very competitive fights. Those are both big girls and she was always small for 135. At 125, she'll dominate.

I must admit that I don't know shit about Montano, but if she's an actual 125er, she's probably going to get wrecked. Shevchenko is used to fighting much bigger girls and shouldn't have much of a problem at 125.

I feel Nicco is as well. Shevchenko can either do one of two things, Go in there and be over confident and find herself in a dog fight, competitive like you said or go in there making sure she doesnt make a mistake and be timid like in Amanda Nunes Shev 2.

Im assuming she goes in smart but I agree Nicco will hang in there as long as she can.

I say this all the time to people who have this “it’s a lock” attitude and plan on throwing ridiculous amounts of money down on Valentina.

Is it most likely that Valentina will win? ABSOLUTELY. But in a sport where literally anything can happen, including Valentina shooting in for a takedown and blowing a knee out, there is no such thing as a lock in this sport. Holly Holm was a bigger underdog than montano and we all saw how that played out.

If montana can take her down 8t may be a skog of a fight but a genuinely expect it to end in tko within 1 round.

If you want to waste 150 then go ahead I guess. Smarter money would be betting on this fight going the distance.

Anyway don't forget to post your betslip.

Valentina was a contender at 135 and we haven't seen much from Nicco, so everyone expects Nicco to get smashed. But, Nicco has a lot of unknowns, IMO. Nicco could surprise us all or go out like Esparza v Joanna.
