Rugby is good shit, but you'll end up sore as fuck for sure. A couple buddies of mine have had some horrible injuries playing rugby lately (one tore every ligament in his knee while dislocating his kneecap - didn't know if they were going to have to amputate the lower half of his leg or not, and another ripped his shoulder muscle away from the bone). Roller hockey is slow as fuck though. 4-4, no offsides, icing and 16-12 games.
