The Duut loss also was early in his career though and it was kind of a robbery. The Adegbuyi win was in Rozenstruik's 12th fight so also not really that experienced. HW kickboxing atm is really bad, I don't see how Rozenstruik would be worse than a Wilnis or Mozny for example who are top 10 in Glory.

Wilnis is not that bad he is a pressure fighter just not elite.
Rozenstruik didn't look too good in the fights where his opponent didn't just bumrush into a counterpunch he is very hesistant a lot of the times, maybe I was being a bit cynic with the top 20 comment but I can't see him having big success tbh.

Its funny how sloppy the punches look and how deadly they are, any boxing amateur would tell you that the best defence in this case would be use footwork, cut angles, counter strike, maybe step in and out of pocket, but that is all theory, Roz is a guy with dunno how many pro fights and quite successful at that. So good luck to any kickboxer apply all those theory rules

It was my 'humble' opinion I still think Timmy vs Ray was a very indicative of how any elite MMA fighter vs any elite boxer 'boxing only exhange' would go. But my opinions are normally very unpopular on sherdog, being MMA forum etc. There are a lot of people who still believe that Conor was beating Floyd for 5 rounds, and only lost cause he gassed out... When in fact the only reason Conor was not ko'ed before cause Floyd left Conor literally 0 chance and played it safe and smart

The top 50 in HW boxing is really not that good. Plenty of slow, plodding out of shape bouncers in the bottom half.

Ngannou had 8 rounds of hard sparring with Joe Joyce and apparently he was good enough to make it stimulating.
He also sparred several times with Carlos Takam, and had an exhibition bout against him a while ago (no idea how it went).
