But did he land clean against arlovski?
Look at what happened when he lands cleanly against T-glove.

Not as much power. Ngannou is just physically a bigger human...by a pretty decent margin. Rumble couldn't put Arlovski away though he broke his jaw. I can't fathom Arlovski ever surviving shots like that from Ngannou(and he didn't when they fought).
 
I can actually see this fight going exactly like the Cain fight....with a minor exception.

1. AJ comes out swinging.
2. Gets countered and feels the horsepower of a Ford Escort.
3. Panic wrestles shooting for a double leg and gets clipped by a short uppercut.
4. Buckles, lays down, and Francis walks away hands raised belly forward as usual.
 
Rumble can actually wrestle so if he had any sense (which admittedly he doesn't) he'd survive the first round and then just take Ngannou down and dominate him on the ground.
 
Francis is basically Rumble 2.0, he is a better counter striker, faster and maybe even had more power. Rumble is a much better wrestler though. Rumble at HW isn't exactly proven, couldn't knock out Arlovski which people claim he has a glass jaw....which I don't buy either. Francis is way bigger too...he dwarfed Cain, they didn't even look like they're in the same division.
