Or just bad luck for Blaydes? Some doctors dont catch those types of situations. Francis was probably gonna ko him still, but you never know. They let Bisping fight with 1 eye basically.

Again the why the fight was going made it easy, if Blaydes was still in the match I could see giving some leeway but he was getting beaten down in the second.

He couldn't see for shit from the side of his shut eye. When the doctor told him to look at and grab his finger Blaydes pawed him in the face instead. Straightforward stoppage.
