Ngannou and dana white privelage

Because he said he'd be back in a year and they believed him.

Probably nothing more than fear of creating unnecessary liability at this point. Ngannou is the HW champ and the UFC has marketed him as the deadliest man on the planet for a while (just not recently). Now he wants more pay and is willing to sit out in order to get what he considers to be fair compensation. Maybe he has a valid argument, maybe he doesn't. But the UFC would be foolish to take any action (strip him of the belt) that could be considered retaliatory in nature imo. They'll just give him the long, slow screw by allowing him to voluntarily sideline himself during the most prime years of his professional career instead.
He's not sitting out, it's on the promotion to resign a fighter who has completed their contract

In all seriousness, he's the most devastating fighter (when physically/mentally healthy) that we've ever seen (at least in the UFC.)

Based on how his fight w/Gane went down, we know that he can even win on 2 bad knees.

Until it doesn't happen, we should expect all future opponents to get (hyperbole) knocked into next week.

There's no way that the UFC lets him out of his contract when he produces highlights the way that he does.
When those end, maybe/probably.

That said, I'd imagine that the sort of labor that he engaged in during his formative years put massive strain on all of his joints.
He might be able to keep it together for the time being; but I'd bet that a protracted career would leave him somewhat physically wrecked in retirement.

That may be happening already; and be a clue as to why he's seems unwilling to fight anyone that's not a huge pay day.

Ngannou is greedy, you can tell by this that all his le epic sad poor african story is fabricated and he is a liar and has no dignity

LOL, that'd be brilliant!
They just show up to some random spot in Africa and pay a bunch of locals to make up stories about Francis' childhood that didn't even take place there.

As crazy as that sounds, (Trigger warning: Digression) Nassau County just elected a Jewish, Baruch Zicklin School of Business, former Golden Sachs / Citi Bro... who didn't graduate from Baruch (or any Uni,) work at either firm, and... isn't Jewish.

So I wouldn't be too surprised.

I don't think Francis is coming back. The moment he loses then UFC will shit on him hard.

If he can get thoroughly outclassed by fighters that they want to pump up, he (and his highlight catalog) may be more valuable as a building block for more easily marketable fighters.
