Gruden was the reason both of those teams succeeded

Tony Dungy is the most overrated can of a HC ever. Good defensive mind, Peyton made him look better than he was. A good HC who was overrated into great.

Bill Callahan delivered the worst coaching performance in SB history. He completely changed the game plan Oakland had been practicing for two weeks 36 hours before kickoff and didn't change any of the play-calling terminology or put in new wrinkles to disguise the plays so TB literally knew what play was coming all game long.

It was a bizarre SB. The teams were pretty evenly matched, it could have been a classic and it was a turd.
