    THIS. Yessir.

Six months of extensive ground training and a steady diet of chitlins and whey powder.

He's undersized for a middleweight as well. Maybe a move down to 170 and become a two-title division holder. Or attempt that anyway.

The Cooper-Halsey winner. He's still a top-15 middleweight and the Bellator middleweight champion. Working on his bottom-game wouldn't hurt (that's been the Achilles heel of Alexander and his fighter's style; they've got great striking and takedown defense, as well as submissions, but once they're on their back they're in trouble).

Shlemenko made his name of being an exciting, tough striker that is fun to watch fighting, training and talking, not of beating top 5 opponents.

Fans that supported him for what he stood for will stay with him regardless of this fight. He kinda' has a similar status to Melvin Manhoef - a top fighter? No. Will I watch? You bet I will.

He has to wait for the winner of the stupid MW tournament they have going on right now but never finished. Probably wind up being Cooper vs Schlemenko 3.

He said on Junkie radio that he would never move down below MW. He would move up, but not down.

He'll move down if he somebody runs him out of MW. Halsey is a Tito guy...maybe if he gets past Cooper, Tito will give him dat blueprint.

Drop to welterweight, beat up some cans, and pray to get in the UFC.

Russian MMA is vastly overrated. To russian MMA fans he was a world beater and that says it all.

I just hope he has a few years left in him. And he doesnt fight at 205 again unless he wants to bulk up for 2 years, I think he could probably hang at lhw if he could avoid the mat. He sure has alot of options.
