Haven't you been reading sherdog bro?

MMA is over, after Conor no one will be watching MMA

The UFC will bankrupt in 2 months, fighters will starve, sherdog will be closed.

We are all doomed.
 
Nah most likely not happening, guys like Conor come around once in a life time. There will be many as talented as Conor that will come along but not with all the charisma and natural "X-Factor". There will always be new top talent though.
 
I think you mean who will be the next big fighter in the promotion that will sink the UFC, the CFC. Obviously we are talking about the next biggest fighter behind it's namesake, because any other fighter can only be at most half as good.
 
Sage Northcutt and Paige Van Zant are the future of mixed martial arts.
 
I thought the UFC went under after Chuck retired. Why is this forum still here?

As far as I know, he's the #1 prospect in the world right now. I could be wayyyy off on that, but that's what I've been able to gather. Whether or not that ever translates into stardom is of course an entirely different thing altogether.

Rico verhoeven.Huge kickboxing champion.He is a white dude also so that helps.But he trains in AKA so we better make the most of his 2 matches long career...
 
No one in MMA right now has Brock or Ronda or Conor-level star potential. Someone will emerge eventually though.
 
Also Albert Tumenov and Brian Ortega. Doo Ho Choi if he keeps knocking everyone out. Yair Rodriguez and Makwan Amirkhani can be big as well I think
 
If Wonderboy can beat Rory he's going to wear gold. Likely for a few years.

I agree. He probably has the most potential. He has that clean cut GSP-like appeal. He's way more exciting a fighter too. He needs to go on a streak though, and I think his toughest hurdle is the one right in front of him (Rory)

He still has one fight left on his Glory contract so he'll face Ismael Londt, probably at Glory 31 in Amsterdam in june.

Rico is also after Badr Hari but I doubt it'll happen.

Not sure if Rico really will move to AKA fulltime, he might be there weeks before an MMA fight like Khabib seems to do.

Well he might do a couple more glory fights since no matter what he needs more mma fights.Only has one so far.But eventually he will make the move.More money in mma...And till the time he could be ready for a title shot cain will probably be retired...
