Newbie wants advice!

Alright sorry if a similar question has been asked before was just wondering i train Bjj, Judo and muay thai and follow a weights routine so i am very busy yet i take no supplemnts or vitmans or follow a set diet. Is this normal? What sort of stuff or shakes should i be taking and how would these help me? Anyhelp would be much appreciated.
 
dammit man.. at LEAST go get yourself some multi-vitamins.. other than that you will get a lot of mixed "prescriptions" on here. Get some good protein.. 'On 100% Whey Protein' is my favorite. Let's see what everyone else says before i give my $.02
