Why can't we have quick stoppages or referees telling you to 'move or else' wherever the event takes place?

Depends on how late, I’d rather it be a a second too late than too early,...where as something that is 7 seconds too late, is worse than 7 seconds too early, idk. I’m on the fence. Don’t like early stoppages.
