New womens only program in so cali

Thought id invite women in the Orange County area to participate in a twice weekly womens only program at Ralph Gracie OC. Classes are 6-7 every tuesday and thursday followed by an open mat following the class. It is beginner friendly and we have everything from experienced jiu jitsu practitioners to raw beginners. Even if you already have a home gym on a regular basis, you are welcome to sign up for just the womens program.

Maybe your group would be interested in attending the next one that they put together. I know Kristina from a few Gustavo Dantas seminars in Tucson and stopping by their place in Phoenix. Great person and great representative of BJJ for new students.

they do this in australia as well, there is a program that's called "girls in Gi's" that is awesomely successful.
