After 263
Belal is now top 10 at 9th.
Ponzinibbio is back at 13th
Muslim Salikhov 15th

Robbie and Khazmat are out doesn't look good for supposed goat return between this and losing his manager.

Other fun ranking notes:
riddell in lw at 13 and dober out.
Dawodu out of fw and alex caceres of all people slides in 15th.
Craig up to 12th lhw
Lauren Murphy now on wmma p4p #13

I think Dana has accepted Khamzat is a bust and got KO'd by COVID like a chump.

Khamzat is always a fight away from a ranking, but inactivity is inactivity.

Riddell really battled for that spot.
Unfortunate matchup for Dawodu.
Craig is the GOAT.

Ehh, there was no reason for him to be ranked to begin with. He's only hyped by hardcores. He has 3 UFC wins against unranked competition.

Literally the requirement to be in the top 15 is that you have to beat at least one of them to take a spot.

He's looked amazing, and he deserves the hype he's getting around here, but he never made it to the cage when he was given a ranked fighter in Edwards. It's not his fault, but it's illogical to have had him in the top 15 to begin with.

Some Welterweight matchmaking musings...

Belal should fight Magny now that everyone from #6 to the champ is essentially booked. Well, Colby might as well be booked against Usman and god knows he's not fighting a contender.

Meanwhile, Geoff Neal should fight The Leech, Ponz, or Salikhov next. He's on a two-loss streak and didn't look particularly good in either of those bouts; he doesn't deserve another Top 10 opponent. Any one of those three opponents would make for fireworks fan-friendly striking wars.

I also just realized that Jorge is all the way down at #7. Considering his position, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect him to play gatekeeper against some of these other rising contenders if the much-hoped-for fight against Leon or Nick doesn't materialize.

That's literally never been a thing. Historically from about 13-15 spot are guys on winning streaks vs unranked guys while 1-3 losers/inactive/cuts move out.
