I understand that Conor McGregor is one of the most polarizing UFC fighters of all time, and is an immensely popular athlete, but the new UFC 202 preview spends the first four minutes making excuses for his loss and uses the last four minutes downplaying Diaz's win as if he came in on short notice and got lucky. Its kind of disrespectful honestly, instead of milking Diaz as a potential cash cow after the (unnecessary) rematch, they're going to downplay his skills and kick him to the side again if he loses. Its hard to watch any promos leading up to the fight if theyre just going to make it seem like Conor McGregor is some courageous warrior who only lost because he was smaller. The video also made it pretty obvious that Joe Rogan hits on all of the points the UFC wants him to hit on, and its really not a genuine breakdown of the two fighters.
