Original Sin was pretty decent. Clyde Phillips being back isn't that big considering he was behind New Blood (which started out well but the flaws became more and more apparent and it ended pretty damn poorly) , the writing is far more important than the showrunner. This looks big and a bit campy with an all star cast, so hopefully it will at least be fun.

Original Sin was great. After see watching the whole season, the title makes so much sense on many levels. I appreciated that kind of creativity.

I watched the regular Dexter show until the shitty conclusion. Then many years later I heard they did one more season, but I heard it was bad so I never watched it.

Yup, the first revival was in the snowy setting in Alaska I think. The second one was the prequel, without the original cast.

It wasn't as good as the first half of the series, but not nearly as bad as the second half of the series. It was a bit of a makeup for the horrendous finale, but not without it's own problems. It was generally FAR better written than the last three or four seasons, which were practically a parody of the show. Worth a watch if you're a fan.

It wasn't badbut it wasn't the brilliance of the original. I still looked forward to it every week. The most recent prequel was epic. They picked the perfect actor to play younger him. And fuck it, I'll watch Buffy in everything.

Michael C Hall's band needs to come here, what I've seen of them is good.
