Hi everyone i just sign up for this forum looks like people have lots of good answer. Here is my problem, ever since high school i been working in a regular routine. I am not much of a skinny person but more of a big guys, i am azn so don't expect me to be brock lesnar. I am in 2nd year university, so i been out of high school for awhile but yea. I am around 155 pounds, i have a broad shoulder and my arms are sort of big for azn. Problem is i don't have nice abs, i had a 4 pack when i was in high school but my bottom of my seem like i don't really lose some of the fat. I am doing muay thai and bjj/mma and been trying to lose my fat. I do all my cardo and my eating habit can't be consider bad. I don't really drink pop no more, i don't eat chips often, most of the fatty and sugar stuff is really out of my diet. What i eat is azn food, like rice, noodles etc.. It just really annoying trying to get rid of my lower part of my fat. My top abs are toned up but my bottom is still there. And also any advice on toning up my arms, my arms are big but i can't seem to tone it up, i can only tone up my shoulder. Can you guys give me some good tips on what i should concentrate on.
Thanks everyone for any advice :)

Check out the FAQs and the stickies and then post again. Other wise you will get eaten alive here.

Assuming your BF is that low, it may be a problem of shifting stubborn fat, in which case you need to remove the carbs.

lol i was trying to compare myself to brock lesnar i am not saying brock is azn, i said i am of course not as big as him lol but thanks for the help
