Ok, So before the summer I trained submission wrestling 3x a week, monday, wednesday and saturday and I trained strenght on tuesday, thursday and saturday. Now the mma gym has changed it shedule and made things a little bit harder for me. Now the classes are on tuesday, thursday and friday! I am on madcow; Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version How would I set this up as I would like to continue strenght training 3x week and SW 3x week The obvious solution would be to train strenght on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, but that leaves me with 1 day rest between Day 1 and Day 3, which both are heavy and I am not sure If I am able to recover`? All help is appriciated.
