New schedule at MMA gym, when to train strenght?

    Ok, So before the summer I trained submission wrestling 3x a week, monday, wednesday and saturday and I trained strenght on tuesday, thursday and saturday.

    Now the mma gym has changed it shedule :mad: and made things a little bit harder for me. Now the classes are on tuesday, thursday and friday!
    I am on madcow; Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version
    How would I set this up as I would like to continue strenght training 3x week and SW 3x week
    The obvious solution would be to train strenght on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, but that leaves me with 1 day rest between Day 1 and Day 3, which both are heavy and I am not sure If I am able to recover`?

    All help is appriciated.

    Shift your lifting schedule so that Saturday is Day 1.

    that could work, thanks.
    So my guess is to start the week over again, use the same weights as I did on tuesday on saturday, and then start progressing again.
