Folks,
For those of you that currently train or wanting to start, there is opening a MMA facility inside the Power House Gym in Lake Orion Michigan. The classes will be held starting 11/1/06 on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm.
The class will be taught by professional MMA fighters and consists of professional mma fighters, professional boxers/kickboxers, collegiate wrestlers and your usual bunch of crazy mofoswampdonkeykillas that are looking to adrenaline release buckdown.
There exists roughly 800 square feet of brand new 1 1/2" wrestling mats, thai bags, hook bags, heavy bags, wrecking balls, thai pads, focus mitts, etc. There will be a professional boxing coach, bjj/submission wrestling coaches, kickboxing coaches (all currently fighting or retired) and support personal to assist in training.
The classes will be broken down into beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are looking to fight mma, shootfight, kickbox, box, wrestle or just get into shape there is something for everyone.
