They might have written the article, but it's not them making these claims. And it's not them releasing audio. It's the author of the book. The author also says he has around 100 hours of audio of Epstein talking about Trump, his relationship, and the inner workings of the Whitehouse.

Hard to tell from the snippet provided if Epstein actually witnessed this or is hypothesizing. If there is stuff in the tapes that leads people to believe he was around trumps inner workings, it would put holes in trumps story that he disavowed Jeff many years ago.
