Koral sponsors more big names in jiu Jitsu than any other company. Then, they actually have the fighters tell them what they want done differently. Jacare, Leozinho, Saulo, Xande etc..all of them have had input in design. I can tell you those shorts are incredible.

the material is the main difference. because its gi material, the shorts will be a lot heavier as opposed to sprawls, tapout, or nogi shorts.

I saw those in person at the tourny and they actually looks pretty decent.
