Eh, it's ok as long as I feel empowered by their very presence.

These perspectives are wholly against what the US was supposed to represent. And all because change scares the sh*t out of them. Nothing more. Conservatism is rooted in the preservation of the status quo. Traditionalism for tradition's sake. And that's irritating enough, but this crop are obviously not even real conservatives. Most social safety nets and welfare states in Europe were established by Conservative Government. Imagine trying to convince the average MAGA dork on that. They'd say no, it was obviously woke radical leftists.

It's not about principals anymore. It's not about ideological consistency. Ideology doesnt matter anymore because they no longer give a f*ck if you disagree with them. The threats being made to Mamdani make this quite clear. There have been calls for his deportation, and one of PBD's clowns called for worse than that. But it started before that. It started with the Obama nooses. The Pence gallows. The Biden and AOC violent memes while they freaked out over what Kathy Griffin did. There's no more arguing points. All that matters is power. All they really care about voting for, is someone who is going to at least somewhat use political power against who they've been trained to believe are their enemies.
