I am asking for some help with a new diet that encourages muscle development, and may get some weight loss (may but not needed) I hear diffrent opinions from every person I ask, high protein, high carbs, no carbs, eat everything.
If possible I hope to get maybe a good list of foods to buy that I could eat every day and not get sick off after a week.

well, you could get oatmeal or maltomeal, whole wheat toast, various fruits and veggies, sliced turkey for making sandwiches, chicken cutlets, protein powder if you want, special k, lean steaks, salmon, wild rice, lean ground beef, etc.

thanks, classes are almost over for me so when I move back home and grocery shop I will take your suggestions into account

in the meats section of the grocery syore they have pre-marinated chicken breast, like lemon-herb,teriyaki,seasame,etc.Very high in protein, low in fat and calories. It wont get old as fast as some of the other stuff.I practicaly live on those.

Chicken Breasts // Tuna // Yogart // Oatmeal // Fruits // and Veggies are the way to go. Add in a couple Whey protein shakes after workouts to fill you up and you should be good to go.

try salmon, turkey etc for variety w/your protein
