awww come on someone must have it

yous are all better on the net at this sorta shit!

there shouldn't be a 24/7 because it should be on regular HBO

I turned it off half way thru...this installment of 24/7 kind of sucks, I'll just wait for the fight.

I disagree. I'm enjoying these quite profoundly. It's not every day Boxing gets covered so intimately.

i'm more excited for De La Hoya/Pacquiao 24/7

in this one, it's a great British fighter taking on a guy who hasn't won a real big fight since Tarver in 2003.

So? When was the last big Fight DLH won?

I'll give you a hint, Mayorga wasn't a "big" Fight. He was cannon-fodder.

his last REAL BIG win was vs. Vargas....his last regular big win, imo, was Sturm.

however, he was ROBBED vs. Mosley in 03, was in a tight fight with Hopkins (much bigger man), and lost a very close decision to Mayweather.

Jones, on the other head, was brutally KO'd by Tarver and Glen Johnson....lost a one-sided decision to Tarver, beat two nobodies....then beat a blown up, retired Felix Trinidad.

Oscar absolutely did not win that Fight.

So the answer is 5 years. Most people had Floyd 8-4, which is hardly close.

Jones, on the other head, was brutally KO'd by Tarver and Glen Johnson....lost a one-sided decision to Tarver, beat two nobodies....then beat a blown up, retired Felix Trinidad.

And Oscar suffered an embarrassing single-punch KO loss to Hopkins, got a shit decision against Sturm, beat up a brawler in Mayorga who has been beaten up by anyone who is anyone at that weight, then lost to and struggled with 2 guys who were at their best at 135 or lower.

And at least Calzaghe's fighting a guy remotely close to the same weight division. Oscar's taking on another career LW. Big whoop.

Oscar wasn't the guy brutually KO'd in consecutive fights....and his only KO was against a guy much larger than he is. however, Roy was dropped on his back twice..and that was after a horrific performance in the first Tarver fight, which he barely escaped. since then he's beaten nobodies and a washed up former great fighter.

and as far as Oscar's performance in the Mayweather fight...it all comes down to what you prefer. if you like aggressiveness, DLH was either up or you probably had it even....if you're a guy who looks at just the boxing aspect....Mayweather took it.

i didn't find that the fight was that one sided like many assumed.

by the way, Pacquiao has been whipping people lately....something Jones hasn't been doing.

So what? Roy got KO'd by two guys who can bang, and both who still were at the top of the division as of this past year. Oscar's defeat when he showed up fat to be embarrassed by Sturm and his dramatic bodyshot KO loss to Hopkins after saying "I'm going to hit him in the body, because everybody knows black guys can't take it to the body" are somehow more excusable? Give me a fuckin' break.

Oscar has since then beaten up THE guy to beat up at 154, and struggled with career LW's.

This is just a very nice way of saying Oscar lost.

Who has he whipped? Aside from David Diaz, who was Taylor made for Pacquiao, he struggled to a decision with Marquez, and Barrera.

He's been winning against higher class opponents, that much is true.

I'm sorry but what it just comes down to is you just like Oscar better than Roy. Which is fine, but you don't get to act like Oscar's in that much of a better place than Roy is. Oscar's been fighting gimme Fights for 5 years aside from Mayweather, and the grossly undersized Pac. Gimme Fights, and the #1 P4P, well Roy has been Fighting gimme Fights, and the guy who is right now on top of a lot of people's P4P lists even above Pac, and just happens to be a credible Champ at 175.

Enzo seems like a guy out of a Guy Ritchie film.

Thanks for putting this up.

Enzo is in Enzo's World.
You either get in or take a Fn walk. Love it. Him playing guitar is beautiful and him and a Roger Mayweather encounter would be just obnoxious. Something I would pay to watch.

Thought the 3rd was clearly the best episode and mostly because they moved to the NYC. Always action going on in the city that's wise. Homeless guy knew what was going on. Its the NYC. Obama. Times Square. Little Italy. Knicks Game. We went places. Did things and trained.
