I have done about 7 grappling tournaments and get rather nervous and anxious waiting there....I have my first cagefight in two days and i m already experiencing anxiety and nervousness...Any tips how to control the nerves a little? thanks

You're human, you can't stop anxiety, it keeps you focused. Even lions and dogs experience the fight or flight response before a fight.
