Nerve pain in arm -need some advice to survive sleeping until APPT

I have a herniated disc in my neck and similar symptoms to you. Happened 3 years ago and its much better today, though the pain comes and goes but its manageable for the most part.

Theres an exercise in this book that helps a lot.
