UFC's Jon Jones Goes Mostly Vegan for Reyes Fight, Plant Based Diet

Jon Jones Shares Plant-Based Training Diet Ahead of UFC 247 Fight Vs. Dominick Reyes

Two-Time UFC Jon 'Bones' Jones Is 90% Plant-Based - And Feeling His Best

While Reyes was eating elk, horse, and wild boar meat, Jones was probably eating chickpeas or some shit

Mostly Carnivore based Jones puts Reyes away in the 4th / 5th..

Tbh i think the sight of jons swollen nipples caused reyes to have a surge of testosterone, granting him superhuman strength and aggression

His sissy greens didn’t give him enough nutrients to work well with the sauce. Need some meat.

Yup, I'm sure it was the veggies and not the huge decrease in roids that he can get away with

Yeah I'm half Vegan. Usually for dinner I'll have a steak or some chicken along with some steamed vegetables or a salad.

The best vegan diet out there

My GF is vegan. if you know what you're doing its a good diet. problem is alot of people don't know what they're doing.

but 90% vegan is not vegan.
