So i went to a sparing sessions without having been conditioned for it and it feels like my bodies turn around time was 8 days.

    Is this out of proportion?

Lol, sparring is the easy bit!

Good luck man, you got some tough recovery days ahead of you.

8 days is at the extreme end. Like when I started my hard as nails kickboxing class (Monday our warm up was 900 exercises like pushups squats etc), I'd still be feeling it a week after. Now it takes 24hrs and I'm tip top.

Get training. You are soft now but it will make you.
