Need to find a replacement for my late night snack.

I used to down a pack of fat free yogurt every night around bedtime, i can't sleep with hunger in my stomach (i even hallucinate when it's really bad). It's a side effect of a meal every three hour diet.

So far i tried a nut mix, but i think it's to hearty and might effect my sleep. Any tips?

Sorry had a long work day, i need a replacement because i want to try a lactose free diet.
 
Why do you want to try a lactose free diet?

And most of the lactose, not all, but a great percentage, is fermented into lactic acid.
 
Possibly eat a larger last meal and skip the late snack?

I use to do the 5-6 meal/snack thing but found that 3 larger meals and no snacks in between works just fine.

The first day was kinda hard because I was use to eating every 3 hours but it wasnt a very hard transition to 3 meals
