Just drill the one inch punch fir sixteen hours per day

Have sex with him and maintain eye contact at all times

3 months of bjj is a good amount of time to be effective against someone who doesn’t have any grappling experience.

Guys with three months experience in the gym are light years ahead of guys on their first day, all things being equal.

Nah it really isn't at all. Maybe good enough for a false sense of security before the first gnp blow lands and he panics

I see lots of guys, myself included, who have picked up a few techniques in 3 months. At the very least, you learn to scramble and fight for top position. I even see submissions. And this against other people training. Against an untrained person, things get even easier.

Anyways, three months experience is better than zero months experience.

i think 3 months better off spent on TDD than on the ground grappling. i dont know many people iwth 3 months who are any good at all. sweeping other noobs maybe. even then when you add punches its a whole new ball game. Just TDD and technical standups etc is what i would do if i was a moron preparing for a street fight while being totally unprepared (altho even being prepared makes you a moron in my book)

20k is a Lot yo overcome, socially if the guy is just a natural fighter, you might be fucked... but if it’s 1 v1... grappling is way more efficient than striking. You need to take him down though, you are not going to be able to pull jack shit off your back with 3 months of grappling...

I'll be honest, even 2 years into BJJ training I still question what will happen to me in a real fight. Theres just no substitute or way to prepare for getting punched in the face I'm afraid.

3 months intense BJJ training though, I mean like every day for like an hour? Sure I guess you can learn how to mount and control an untrained opponent that way.

This whole thing sounds like a bad idea though.

No fighting allowed. Sorry...
Wait, is this a sanctioned bout with a referee? What is the rule set? On the ice? Will there be others to break it up? I need more details, bro.

Just be sure there is no lava or hyoerdermic needles around. You’ll be fine.

Just make sure whoever tapes it knows what the fk he’s doing.

“Lava and hyperdemic needles” used to be the only way a jiu Jitsu guy could lose. It was a reason to not go to the ground. It’s an old joke. I was being sarcastic...:)
For real though, I am not sure how much jiu Jitsu I would use in a real street fight. I’ve never been in a fight since I’ve learned it. I used to be a good hockey brawler back in the day. I wonder if I would just resort back to that.
Did you mean to reply to me or TC? I dont get the reference.

Me too man. It could either go really well where I'd be amazed how easy it was to get that armbar or get into mount or it could go really bad for me really quick as soon as he starts punching my face in.

Only one way to find out. Maybe TC is on to something.....

Yo, forum, I need to beat up a guy in about 2.5-3 months. I'd been training boxing for some time when I was younger, so I got the basics here - need the conditionning now to be able to move like I used to.

Now, the pb is that the guy is ~20kg heavier than myself and prob will also do some preparation work. Although he has much less boxing xp than me, he is much younger, taller and heavier.

So I was thinking to take some grappling classes for a couple of months. now the Q to you, gents and lassies, will this actually be of a significant help to me? Or a mostly waste of time?

Any other advice? Except bringing a gun to the fight.
I need to know how you have a planned fight in 3 months before giving advice. Or is the guy bullying you and you want a bit of time to prepare yourself??

You should learn Dim Mak - one touch and it will all be over

Just bleed god approves of this message.

<{JustBleed}>

Hopefully you get wrecked.

I suggest apologizing and offering your girlfriend as a peace treaty. Way better than getting your ass kicked after 2 months of training.

Be sure to update thread with the worldstar link in three months.
