Alright about 8 months ago I had a severe injury to my shoulder,and elbow due to a big take town,I havent been able to train this whole time and My diet isnt bad IMHO but the lack of exercise and activity I went from 223 lbs at 14% body fat to 275 lbs and omg I dont wanna know the Body fat Percentage I would like to know if any of you have a low impact training routine that I could use with my cardio when I get cleared next week I hope.....To begin training again anything is helpful FYI Im self trained so if u guys have training techs that work for u just throw em up here I need the help
