Need info on good multi

Hey, I've been taking the generic Centrums :redface:
So I was just wondering if anyone know's a better daily multi .. I'm starting MMA training and I'm looking for better results for my money. If you could include some decent suplements that'd be good.. looking to put on muscle a bit .. I'm reading around the fourms and getting some idea's. However I live in a SMALL town, no GNC stores or anything here. Any ideas?
